How PTA uses Fundraising Money

Kerr PTA uses the generous support from our Kerr families and community partners to support our students and school. The Kerr PTA provides:

Programs to enrich student's school experiences/education
Family events to connect our community and families
School and teacher support in forms of technology subscriptions, classroom materials, nurse support, etc.
Teacher/Staff Appreciation events
Community Outreach
Volunteer coordination
and so much more!

Fundraising

Kerr PTA hopes to reach our budget goals through the following fundraisers:

RAISE CRAZE

This donation drive campaign will be the largest for the year and is scheduled for September-October. Families and students can participate in a kindness campaign collecting donations for our school.

Memberships are $10.00 per person: ($5.50 stays at Kerr, $2.25 goes to State PTA & $2.25 goes to National PTA). Your membership supports not only your own child, but also strengthens the larger community of Texans interested in advocating for public education for all children in our State. FALL/SPRING BOOK FAIRS

There’s nothing better than to hear a kid gasp when they find that perfect book!…As a side-benefit, we also raise money to buy books and other library materials for our school.

SCHOOL SUPPLIES, T-SHIRT SALES & SPIRIT SHOP

Collecting all the supplies your student needs for school can be a hassle! Let the Kerr PTA help make that as easy as a few clicks! When you buy your school supplies from the PTA, you not only simplify your life and check an item off your To-Do list, but you help us raise money! Kerr PTA will also be selling cups, pens, and pencils with our new Kerr Elementary logo so families can show their school spirit! We hope to grow the variety of items we sell as the spirit grows!
